Opus Elenae is one of my absolute favourite crafters on the internet, I’ve made two hoods based on the pattern for her Londinium Hood! Recently she posted this video showing three ways to make a St. Birgitta cap, all at different levels of difficulty. I think this is incredibly useful and I will definitely be using this video myself in the future.

And even better she has also posted a tutorial on how to do beautiful insertion lace-style embroidery on the caps!
